JVCS 2.43 released!

The JVCS team is happy to announce the JEDI VCS 2.43 release,
which is intended as a maintenance release for 2.40 but also includes some
new features.

The most important changes between 2.42 and 2.43 are:
  • Client:
    • - IDE integration support for CodeGear Delphi/C++Builder 2009
    • - "Change" (repair) function in the setup
  • Server:
    • - lost connection fixes
Installer is available on sourceforge in the file section.

As usual the complete change log is included in the releasenotes available in the files section on sourceforge.

JVCS 2.50 Beta 1 released - 1st branching support release!

The JVCS team is happy to announce JEDI VCS 2.50 Beta 1, which is the first beta version of the second JVCS release.

This beta version targets experienced JEDI VCS users which are interested in branching functionality.

The intention of this beta version is to find out if we are on the right way.
Almost all of the branching changes were made in the server and are finished since middle of 2006 and it is now time for beta testing.

You should find all important information about this version in section 7 in the release notes. Please read this section carefully!

There are no 2.50 beta ports available for DBISAM and for FLASHFILER.

Don't use this beta version for production!

JVCS 2.42 released!

The JVCS team is happy to announce the JEDI VCS 2.42 release, which is intended as a maintenance release for 2.40 but also includes some new features.

The most important changes between 2.41 and 2.42 are:

Client applications:

  • IDE integration support for CodeGear RAD Studio 2007 (and C++Builder 2007)
  • Faster Project Treeview
  • Large Font Support
  • moved configuration and compare files to windows documents folder

    • Server applications:

  • several MS-SQL fixes
